September, SUPCON won the bid for Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Company Ltd. (FREP) MES project.

Located in Fujian Province in China, FREP was jointly owned by Fujian Petrochemical Company, ExxonMobil and Saudi Aramco, with production of 1,100,000 t/a ethylene steam cracker, 900,000 t/a polyethylene unit, 670,000 t/a polypropylene unit and aromatics complex.

In this project, SUPCON MES will cover material management, energy management, process management, report management and system interface. It takes production logistics management as the core, and the core database as the support to achieve the consistency, sharing and integration of the whole plant data. It provides complete production data and energy consumption data for ERP system, realizing the function support of "Daily Balance and Monthly Settlement". In addition, it will be fully considered and has subsequent expansion capabilities to meet the needs of FREP's future plans and can be configured using mature software.

SUPCON will further explore the potential of digital transformation and make joint efforts with our partners, empower the transformation and upgrading of refining and petrochemical industry, and create an intelligent future together with partners.
