SUPCON APC Solution for Juhua Group R142b & 701 Units Passes Acceptance Test

SUPCON Signs the Contract of SINOPEC Beihai Cyber Security Project

Recently, Juhua Group Corporation completed the acceptance test of SUPCON Advanced Process Control solution (APC) adopted in the R142b and 701(AHF) Units. In 2018, SUPCON signed 1.5million USD contract with Juhua over their engineering plastic intelligent manufacturing upgrading project.

The R142b unit covered six units, including reaction system, hydrogen chloride recovery system, water alkali washing system, R143a distillation system, R143a recovery system, and R142b distillation system. After put into use, the stationarity of key process parameters was increased by 69.2%, and the automation rate reached 90.74%, which greatly improved the stability of production and reduced labor intensity. Meanwhile, the steam consumption was reduced by 21.3%.

The 701 (AHF) unit covered seven units, including fluorite drying system, acid feeding system, reaction system, product refining system, tail gas system, gas pickaxe system, and oil pump system. After put into use, the stationarity of key process parameters was increased by more than 50%, and the automation rate reached 95.18%.
