SUPCON FF System Helps SINOPEC Jingmen Produce State VI Gasoline

SUPCON LPG Project Successfully Passes Factory Acceptance Test

The President of CCPIT Hangzhou Visits SUPCON HQ

June 17, the alkylation unit of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (SINOPEC) Jingmen Branch started up successfully. This was the first time for SINOPEC to adopt SUPCON self-developed Foundation Field bus (FF) System. The total I/O point of the project was nearly 1,100 and the FF system was 350. The FF system was equipped with 44 network segments including SUPCON Asset Management System (SAMS).

The project, with a total investment of 75 million dollars, adopts SINOALKY sulfuric acid technology. It consists of four parts: raw material pre-treatment, alkylation reaction, fractionation and public works. After put into use, SINOPEC Jingmen will be able to use its own alkylated oil to produce state VI gasoline.
