SUPCON Supplies SCADA System for CNOOC West Mongolia Natural Gas Pipeline Transportation Project Phase I

Meet SUPCON Technology at India Automation Expo 2018

SUPCON Wins DCS & PIMS Contract of Sichuan Fengsheng Pulp & Paper Company

July 2, SUPCON won the SCADA contract of CNOOC West Mongolia Natural Gas (NG) Pipeline Transportation Project Phase I, the connected section with CNPC Dagang Oil Field. SUPCON SCADA system, GCS series PLC, and intelligent instruments will be applied in this project.

West Mongolia NG Pipeline is the first trans-provincial NG pipeline converging the liquefied natural gas from Tianjin Municipality, coal-derived gas and coal-bed gas from Shanxi Province, then transfer to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. There are 17 process station fields and 50 control valve stations along the 1,279km pipeline.

The project has been listed in the 13th Five-year Plan of National Energy Development, supporting public NG transportation from Inner Mongolia and Shanxi Province to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region & Bohai Rim. The NG, as a clean energy, will fuel the green development of these regions, such as Xiong’an New Area, a smart and green livable city demonstration of densely populated areas planned by CPC Central Committee and the State Council.
