China’s 1st 1000MW Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Unit Semi-Physical Model and Intelligent Instrument Integration System Project Passed Acceptance

SUPCON Helps SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical to Achieve Intelligent Operations

SUPCON Awarded AAAA Level Good Standardizing Practice Certificate

After a series of tests, the 1000MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit semi-physical model and intelligent instrument integration system project undertaken by SUPCON passed acceptance.

The project uses SUPCON Webfield ECS-700 DCS system to control the operation of various semi-physical models, including boiler, steam turbine, desulfurization, chimney, as well as many typical field bus instruments, smart sensors, actuators, etc.

This is a collaborative project with Shanghai University of Electric Power. As a first-of-its-kind in China, the project will have a strong demonstration significance in China’s electric power industry and help to cultivate more specialized personnel.
