SUPCON Engineer Team Delivers Maintenance Service In Southeast Asia

Dec 28, A thanks letter and a pennant from Jinmei Group Mingshui Chemical Company was delivered to SUPCON Project Management Department. “It conveyed sincere gratitude to SUPCON engineer team for their customer-oriented professionalism, integrity and conscientious service.” The pennant reads.

Mingshui Chemical Company is a China TOP 500 Chemical Enterprise. It was founded in 1958, and expanded with the joint venture of Shanxi Jincheng Coal Company in 2005. It‘s among the National First-grade Energy-saving Enterprises.

At the end of 2017, Mingshui Chemical Company finished the acceptance test of SUPCON DCS for its 600,000t/a methanol integrated unit. The total I/O of the project is about 20,000. SUPCON ECS-700 was adopted to accomplish the automation control of the integrated unit, which covers gasification unit, synthetic gas purification unit, pressure swing adsorption unit, power plant, and water treatment system, etc.

“The control of the key unit, the dry pulverized coal gasification unit, is very complicated and risky. SUPCON proved their product and engineer capability with the smooth commissioning.” Mingshui Chemical Company wrote, “Hopefully we will keep a pleasant cooperation in the future.”
