New Ecosystem of Digital Transformation in Process Industry

SUPCON and Wood China Partner to Provide Customers Expanded Process Automation Solutions and Services

Recently, Oriental Energy (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. 600,000 t/a PDH Phase II project had successfully start-up and produced propylene products.

The project covers 600,000 t/a PDH unit, 2*400,000 t/a PP unit, air compressor station, circulating water system, boiler, desalting water system, torch unit, etc.

This plant applies SUPCON Intelligent Total Solution, including Webfield? ECS-700 DCS system, Real-time Database, Manufacturing execution systems, safety Emergency Management System, Personnel Location System, etc.

Through IIoT platform system and network integration, it not only realized data interconnection between heterogeneous systems, meantime further improve the performance and stability of production units, improve product output and reduce energy consumption.
