SUPCON Facilitates Juhua Group Process Control & Optimization

July, SUPCON won SCADA contract of China Communications Construction Company Ltd. Kipevu oil terminal relocation project in Mombasa, Kenya.

SUPCON will supply SIS, SCADA System, RTU System for the monitoring & control of KOT CCR, 4 berths, KPC & KPRL tank farm, onshore Beach Valve Stand (BVS) and Common User Manifold (CUM). The total I/O point of the project is nearly 4,000.

Upon completion, the Kipevu terminal will be able to dock four 100,000-ton tankers at the same time and six loading & uploading pipelines for crude oil, heavy fuel oil, dual purpose kerosene, premium motor spirit, automotive gas oil and liquefied petroleum gas. With our automation and safety solutions, SUPCON will help to improve the oil and gas supply capacity of Kenya and its neighboring countries.
