Embrace Digital Transformation, Improve Quality Control, Develop Brand Identify

September 2, SUPCON Quality Month was launched at HQ. Centering on the theme of Embracing Digital Transformation, Improving Quality Control, Developing Brand IdentifyQuality Month aims to further enhance the quality awareness of all employees and improve the quality of products and services.

This Quality Month mainly included three activities:

Activity ONE: Quality Cost Knowledge Quiz

All employees attended this quiz involving the company culture, rules and regulations, quality cost knowledge, six Sigma knowledge, quality basic knowledge, etc.

Activity TWO: Quality Salon

Multiple departments joined Quality Salon series activities to discuss four major issues including Supplier Quality Performance Management, Engineering Service Management, R&D Quality Management, and System Management and Application.

Activity THREE:“Golden Idea” Collection

SUPCON received 123 quality suggestions from employeesmainly related to product optimization and management improvement.


This Quality Month activity had played a very good role in improving employees' quality awareness, applying quality tools and methods, and promoting quality management experience. SUPCON will continue to pay high attention to quality control and constantly improving itself for better serving its customers.


In the future, SUPCON will take creating value for customers as its theme, deepen customer stickiness as its goal, and strengthen the quality of products and services as its starting point. At present, SUPCON is facing two transformations, from industry 3.0 to 4.0, and from single product to intelligent total solution, which requires unified high standard quality control systemcovering from field instrument, control system and intelligent solution”
