SUPCON Helps Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group 2 Mt/a Alumina Project

Project Overview

This project belongs to the project of producing alumina from fly ash. The unit covers the whole process of alumina production: raw material, dissolution, sedimentation, decomposition, evaporation and other processes. This project adopts the SUPCON ECS-700 DCS system, which has 1,350 Profibus-DP communication equipment.

SUPCON provides control systems and solutions for enterprises such as Zhongzhou Branch, Shandong Branch, Xinghua Technology, Shanxi Branch, Weiqiao Group, Future Aluminum Industry, Shandong Lubei Biochemical, Liulin Senze Coal and Aluminum Group, realizing the control of each process in the alumina production process.
