SUPCON DCS Empowers Bestway Cement Plant

Project Overview

SUPCON has cooperated with Bestway Cement for three times, including 3,500t/d Mustehkam Cement Project in 2008, 4,000t/d Hattar Cement Project in 2014, and 6,000 t/d Farooqia Cement Line project in 2017. These projects are all retrofits of old systems built in the 1990s. Due to the long running time, the spare parts of the control system have stopped production, so the user requires transformation.

Customer Feedback

The PLC/DCS system at Bestway Cement Plant has been upgraded/ Replaced with Chinees DCS system SUPCON.

Due to flexibility of SUPCON DCS System, the software capacity was enhanced and developed to meet the plant requirement upto world well known DCS System. The job continued since 2010 and due to remarkable developments in Hardware as well as Software, the system was chosen for BCL Hattar plant.
