SUPCON ("SUPCON", "we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered automation and control solutions to industrial enterprises in more than 50 countries. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and enquiry details. Name, company, job title, country, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you submit a form or email us.
Partner applications. When you apply to the SUPCON Trusted Ecosystem Partner (STEP) programme, we collect business registration details, market and territory information, technical capability information, reference details and the contact details of the individuals representing your organisation.
Recruitment information. CVs, work history, qualifications and any other information you include when applying for a role.
Subscriptions. Email address and preferences when you sign up for updates.

Information collected automatically

Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language and screen settings.
Usage data. Pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page, downloads, and interactions with the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.

Information from third parties

We may receive business contact information from trade shows, industry events, publicly available business directories, and our channel partners and distributors, where doing so is permitted by law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information collected through the Site to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.

4. Who we share information with

SUPCON group companies and regional offices, including our entities and offices in Singapore, Algeria, Brazil, Canada, Saudi Arabia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Pakistan and Thailand, so that the team closest to you can respond.
Authorised channel partners and distributors, where your enquiry relates to a territory served by a partner and sharing is necessary to respond to you.
Service providers who act on our instructions, including hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics and recruitment platform providers.
Professional advisers, auditors and insurers, where necessary.
Regulators, courts and law enforcement, where we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Acquirers or successors in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. International transfers

SUPCON operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including China and Singapore, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
