Ensure safe production

We always put or employees health and safety first. We established the production safety management committee to comprehensively implement the production safety standardization and HSE management system, and improves the safety awareness and legal concept of all employees. We provided various support and equipment for our employees,such as social and commercial insurance for all employees, first-aid kits for employees both at home and at service, and both general and special training courses based on different positions.

In addition, we helped ensure the stable running of our clients' plant. Our solutions include life cycle management fromplanning and design, production escort, crisis response to risk management and control, so as to guarantee functional security and information security for our clients, and enhance the intrinsic safety of enterprises. During COVID-19 pandemic, through our RDMS solution and the efforts of our local engineers, we helped completed the delivery, installation, start-up for new plants, and maintenance, training to keep plants operating smoothly.

SUPCON is taking multiple steps for going green. We studied our internal and external processes and found the ways to help reduce the impact on environment. Our goal is to be carbon neutual ahead of time, and we wish to influence more adhead of industry.

Management
For internal operaation, we evaluated the lifecycle of our main products, and improved our production processes by reducing energy consumption and adopting RoHS compliance procedures. During daily management, we regularly indentify and inspect the potential risks, ensuring no environmental incidents, no punishment from government departments, and no complaints from clients and relevant parties on environmental issues.

For our suppliers, we conduct supplier environmental assessment as a mandatory process at our supplier introduction and management system, to make sure all components and services. We work with upstream and downstream partners, to cooperate and build a green ecology together.
New Energy
Development
For our clients, we're advocately promoting the new energy solutions and technologies. Thousands of new energy power plants, including WTE, bio-energy, solar energy, are powered by SUPCON's products and solutions. For other process industries, we industry-specific energy management solutions based on 5T technologies help our clients reduce the consumption of resources and environmental impact for their plants.

Support to Employee Growth

At SUPCON, we provide an open and fair platform for our employees to develop at their careers. We set up "Individual Development Plan (IDP) Management Measures" to make a feasible ability improvement plan and update every year according to the job requirements and career development plan, and employees' abilities through various ways such as work projects, training, learning, etc. We established SUPCON College, an organization to develop and arrange various customized courses and industry forums, and manage all trainings for SUPCON. We have a training system corresponding to different job levels, design courses respectively to improve the professional skills, personal skills and culture of employees. In addition, we set up a reserve management talent pool, and conduct special trainings for the talents.

Enthusiasm For Public Welfare

We care for the growth of the next generation. Since 2003, we established cooperative relationships with more than 40 universities from Europe, America, Asia and other regions, and offer chances for student exchanges.

We donated over 40 SUPCON Automation Labs to provide opportunities for students to experience advanced automation technologies and equipment. We offer "SUPCON Scholarship" and "SUPCON Fellowship", encouraging and supporting nearly 1,000 students for their academic studies.

We understand that SUPCON's development is inseparable from the support and help of all sectors of society. We keep involving ourselves in social welfare activities, such as voluntary blood donation each year, and regular visit and donation for disabled children in Hangzhou Caring Language Training Center, helping the rural villages to improve education and life situation, etc.
